Post: Deputy Headteacher – Pastoral – Washington Academy
Salary: Leadership scale points 18 – 22
Contract type: Full-time, permanent

You will be an innovative and proactive leader, who will build on the reputation of Washington Academy and working in partnership with the Headteacher, the leadership team and our school community, you will provide the strategic leadership for the high expectations for behaviour and attitudes at Washington Academy.
