What you’ll be doing:
Responding promptly and efficiently to customer emails and telephone enquiries
Providing cover for Reception
Ensuring databases are maintained and updated accurately
Responding promptly and efficiently to customer email and telephone queries
Handling bookings for training sessions
Collating information for reports
Managing information and records for a variety of teams
Formatting PowerPoint training decks
Adhering to processes and guidelines
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience within an administrative role
NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration or equivalent experience
A professional and positive approach
Excellent IT skills to include Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Great customer service skills
A commitment to delivering work of high quality
A willingness to work unsupervised as well as part of a team
Strong attention to detail
