A Host/Cashier is responsible for increasing customer satisfaction by greeting and seating guests and tracking reservations. A Cashier is able to multitask as they are in charge of placing take-out orders over the phone, in-person, and through several delivery applications. The ideal candidate would be an energetic, personable, team player who can communicate clearly while working in a fast-paced environment with great attention to detail and problem solving skills.


The Service Bartender’s focus is on making all orders to specification and maintaining the quality and integrity of beverages in an efficient and timely manner. The ideal candidate is an energetic, driven, team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Clear communication, keen attention to detail and organizational skills are all necessary skills in the Service Bartender role.

What Are We Looking For?


  • Open and flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
  • Able to complete physically demanding tasks – standing for long periods, lifting 50 lbs, bending and reaching, etc.
  • Comfortable with handling a knife and cleaning solutions
  • Experience working in a kitchen, restaurant, or fast food chain (bonus)

Summary of Responsibilities


  • Checks the quality of each menu item before serving
  • Records delivery and take out orders from multiple applications into our POS system
  • Labels bags and communicates with drivers for take out and delivery orders clearly
  • Packages orders to ensure safe transport by using the proper size bag, box, etc.
  • Fulfills beverage orders including smoothies when possible
  • Accepts and unpacks dessert, retail and beverage ingredient deliveries
  • Ensures a smooth service by being resourceful when problems arise
  • Memorizes menu items and ingredients to ensure consistency
  • Relays order information, allergies, etc. to the BOH team
  • Follows up on order status with the BOH team to achieve acceptable service times
  • Prevents shortages by restocking work stations with packaging products, etc.
  • Checks the supplier deliveries for the correct quantity and quality standards
  • Takes initiative when completing closing and opening duties
  • Cleans and arranges service and common areas
  • Keeps the FOH area and work stations clean and presentable throughout the shift
  • Understands the importance of food safety, steps of service and achieving Fresh standards
  • Communicates openly with management about concerns regarding workflow and operations
