The community you’ll be caring for: AdventHealth Wesley Chapel
The role you’ll contribute:
Responsible for performing setup, stocking, clerical, cashier and money-management tasks in the retail areas.
The value you’ll bring to the team:
- Welcomes and greets members in a courteous and friendly manner.
- Answers incoming telephone calls in a professional, courteous and customer service related manner; takes messages or directs calls as appropriate. Calls are answered based on the customer service guidelines of Florida Hospital Wesley Chapel.
- Enhance experience for patients, families and visitors by providing appropriate hospitality and concierge services. Represents the Hospital appropriately to all “audiences” in a way that reflects well on the Hospital’s reputation and image.
- Acts as the initial greeter for all patients/visitors entering the Main Front Lobby and Emergency Department.
- Interacts with patients, families, visitors and significant others (VIPs).
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Equivalent of four (4) years of high school.
- Customer service experience required.
- Computer experience required.
- Minimum of three (3) years’ relevant experience, preferably in hospital or hospitality industry.
