Job Description
  • Visits to our clients are no less than 1 hour – so you have the time needed with client
  • Excellent rate of pay £10.90 & £11.40 per hour (double on Bank Holidays) – no catch.
  • Mileage paid at 35p & 40p per mile.

Job Description

Care Assistant responsibilities:

Being a Care Professional is a highly rewarding career where no two days are the same! With minimum 1 hour care visits and client matching, you have the time to provide high quality, person-focused care.

Duties can include:

  • Companionship - ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit
  • Personal care - supporting our clients with the essentials such as bathing, showering, dressing and grooming to keep them healthy and independent
  • Help with everyday tasks such as; meal preparation and light housework
  • Accompanying to appointments or shopping.

It is ESSENTIAL be a driver with access to a vehicle insured in your name with Class A Business Insurance

Qualifications

Formal care experience is not required. Experience is also welcomed.

We need you to CARE for others and be happy in YOUR career. We need you to help us to support our clients by providing the highest quality of care so that they can continue to live safe, well and as independently as possible in their own homes. We, as a company, will care for you!

It is ESSENTIAL to be a driver with access to a vehicle insured in your name with Class A Business Insurance.

Formal care experience is not required - we provide full training. Your passion for taking care of someone else, being friendly whilst staying professional and your references will show that you are dependable, trust-worthy and respectful.


Additional Information

We ask you have a means of transport as clients are predominantly cared for in there own homes, or would like you to accompany them on appointments or outings
