As a Care Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal care and support to our clients, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Assisting with meal preparation and medication management.
- Providing emotional support to clients and their families.
- Promoting and supporting independence and dignity.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A caring and compassionate nature.
- The ability to work as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- A positive and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- A willingness to learn new skills and undertake training as required.
Experience in a care setting is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
