About the role
We are looking to appoint two Operations Administrators to ensure that Bentham House is maintained as a professional and high quality work and study environment. The role supports the Faculty’s day-to-day operations across estates and facilities functions, and provides administrative support for the Operations Team in other areas such as HR and finance. With a practical and logistical approach to tasks, the role holders ensure that physical spaces are fit for purpose and function effectively as a home for the Laws community.
About you
The successful candidate will have excellent planning and organisational skills, and be experienced in delivering day-to-day operational functions to ensure smooth running, whilst maintaining high standards of physical infrastructure in a professional environment, ideally in Higher Education. You will be able to handle multiple areas of work at once and be able to prioritise and plan tasks to meet deadlines as efficiently as possible. The successful candidate will have good communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work collaboratively as part of the Operations Team. In covering a varied and key team role, you will have a strong focus on customer service and take pride in your attention to detail and in providing a responsive, professional and efficient service for the benefit of staff and students. These permanent roles are available immediately. These positions are ‘on-site first’ roles, meaning that the successful applicant may normally work remotely for up to 20% of the week if they wish.
