Libra Careers is a launchpad for professionals looking to switch from the corporate world into the innovative world of StartUps. Our roles cover Software Engineering, Marketing, Business Development, Operations and Finance in some of the most exciting and fast-growing companies across the UK.


You'll receive training on StartUp fundamentals such as funding, equity and problem solving so you hit the ground running in your new role. As a Transitioning Professional, you will bring your expertise, adaptability, and passion to contribute to the StartUp world.   • Professional Experience: Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in a corporate setting, demonstrating proficiency in a key business function.

  • Innovation: Embrace a culture of innovation, contributing fresh ideas and challenging the status quo. Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and bring a unique perspective to problem-solving.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Strong passion for entrepreneurship and StartUp, with a desire to contribute to the growth and success of a dynamic organisation.
  • Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and take initiative, displaying a proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
