What you need to know:
Assist in the interpretation, implementation, and communication of compliance and regulatory policies within the Sanctions Screening industry
Requirements gathering and analysis using Agile techniques
Sanctions Processing interface with the Business
Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with internal and external stakeholders
Create user stories
Review design and testing deliverables to ensure completeness of requirements
Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
Conduct training sessions with stakeholders and end users
Develop and maintain controls
Program and configure sanctions screening applications.
Liaise with project stakeholders to ensure external needs are met
Work with business partners to onboard new Screening Feeds.
Keep up to date on Economic Sanctions industry trends.
Upward management reporting of issues

What we’re looking for:
Experience as a Business Analyst within Financial Services
Experience of working in Agile Methodology
Ability to present information for decision making purposes with little or no direction.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities.
Knowledge of Sanctions industry and Regulatory requirements - desirable
Proactive in solving problems and suggesting changes to processes to improve efficiency and adherence to policy
Familiarity with complex integrated systems
