POSITION OVERVIEW
This position participates in the development and ongoing management of digital marketing programs and strategies that support the Company’s business development goals and ongoing marketing success of the assets. Additional responsibilities may include managing content for company website(s) and social media with both internal and external visibility and assisting in the execution of the overall digital marketing efforts in line with the Company’s marketing philosophy.

This position does not have direct authority over another position.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Develop engaging and compelling social media content to promote and advertise our community brand, and services across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Assist in supporting the Search Engine Optimization and Search Engine Marketing programs, participates in program reviews, and provides support and education to regional and onsite team members.
- Consistent and regular on boarding and updates of community properties to company website.
- Interface with various departments to review, update, and provide quality assurance oversight for corporate and property web content for NWRliving.com, property websites, and external vendors supporting corporate web content; support marketing Help Desk requests.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for marketing-related support requests from properties, ensuring timely and effective resolution of helpdesk tickets through thorough troubleshooting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Partner with customers on a project-by-project basis. Attend, consult, and contribute at meetings.
- Works collaboratively with additional marketing and non-marketing team members on cross departmental initiatives and projects.
- Participate in the creation of marketing communication materials, training materials, other program collateral and conducts live and recorded team member education sessions.
- Complete analysis of complex program reporting data advises on data trends and key performance indicators, and participates in the development management of intra- and inter-departmental data management initiatives.
- Utilize department database to document individual work and team member work to improve collaboration and efficiency.
REQUIREMENTS
- Demonstrated proficiency in written and oral communication skills in order to read, write, and communicate with impact and persuasiveness.
- Proficiency in presentation software, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs to develop and/or complete required reports, manage communication, as well as create and edit impactful presentations, proposals, and other collateral materials.
- Demonstrated proficiency in complex data analysis and management with specific experience in digital marketing statistical reporting and data management.
- Expert knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and Google Business Profile Listings tools with formal training in web analytics preferred.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (or other relative software) preferred.
- Strong background and working experience in content production, SEO creation, and/or paid search in consumer products or services or services.
- Minimum 2 years Digital Marketing experience with an emphasis in content management, web traffic analytics, digital campaign mediums.
- Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO)
- Experience monitoring pay-per-click campaigns (PPC)
- Proficient in Google Analytics 4
- Proficient in Google Search Console
- Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to navigate the backend of a website (coding not required)
