Job description

To support people to live independently within their own homes in Aylesbury and surrounding areas. Duties Includes;

• supporting people with personal care washing/bathing, dressing, support with medication, meal preparation.

• To deliver high quality personal care following the care plan and individual client /service users to ensure the comfort and dignity of each resident.

• Adhere to the local Safeguarding policy, following the Duty of Candour requirements.

• Contribute to the individualised person centred care planning process of each client/service user and recording appropriate daily interactions and observations.

• Complete all regulatory and statutory training requirements and comply with all company policy and procedures whilst at work.

• Participate in the care plan review with families and other health care professionals as required.

• Understand the importance of privacy, dignity, choice and consent and uphold these basic rights at all times.

• Record observations including weight, temperature, pulse, blood pressure, nutrition, tissue viability and liquid intake/output as identified in the care plan.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 38 per week

Salary: £10.75-£11.00 per hour
