Abbotsford Care are currently recruiting day and night shift Support Workers to join their team at Tayside View , Newburgh where we have both full and part time opportunities available. Our full time contracts guarantee on average 40.25 hours per week and the working hours are 8 pm - 8 am working across varying shift patterns - this will be discussed further during the interview process. We also have opportunities for part time contracts working on average 23 hours per week (8 pm - 8 am).

Our team of Care Support Workers work together on delivering a high standard of personal care and provide daily support to our residents to enable them to lead as independent a life as possible offering them dignity, self-respect and privacy at all times.

We will work with you through our 26-week induction and orientation program where you will develop the skills and knowledge required to begin your career with Abbotsford Care. You will cover a variety of training courses including Moving & Handling, Infection Control, Fire Safety, Dementia Awareness and Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults. Abbotsford Care are an accredited SVQ employer and within our internal training department, our trainers will work with you to obtain professional training and development qualifications such as SVQ's in Health & Social Care at level's 2, 3, 4 as well as managerial qualifications.

COVID-19 considerations:
