Overview
This is a rich heritage brand, who are innovators of Textiles, Wholesale, Manufacture & Design. This brand has been around for years and have a great reputation in the industry, also many of their designs are used by well-known brands. They are looking for a Marketing Manager/ Marketing Executive paying £40k + Healthcare + Pension.
This role is in the office, MONDAY-FRIDAY – NO WFH due to the nature of the role.
Fashion, Textiles and Manufacturing is such an interesting industry to be in, you see the product being made in the factory all the way to the result!
They have the “go to” range of premium-quality, unbranded sportswear for a wide range of top brands, retailers, resellers, and garment decorators.
Salary: £40k

The Role:
Applicants should ideally have 2-3 year’s experience as a marketing executive/marketing manager capable of creating and delivering a marketing plan to include the following:
Emarketing – create and manage emarketing schedule liaising with their inhouse design on approvals. Filter clicks for Internal Sales to chase. Manage and segment customer contacts further for more targeted emarketing.
Social – Populate social media planner, experience of Hootsuite/Torello would be an advantage. Create and post all Linkedin/twitter posts. Guidance to employees as to social media best practice.
Website management – update newsfeed, general product, rotating banner updates. Use google analytics (Hot jar) to modify our offering.
SEO – basic adding key words/metatags
Marketing documents – Updating Sales tools such as pricelists, email banner, order forms to assist upselling/conversion and to ensure consistent branding (brand guardian). Oversee new brochure creation.
Project work – overseeing research projects to develop new customers/markets. Drive customers to ordering on our online portal. Project manage exhibition preparation.
PR – create editorial/product features for several industry publications/charity.
Research – customer research/networking
The successful candidate will work directly with the Sales Director on strategy but needs to demonstrate a level of autonomy in the execution of the company’s marketing strategy.
