We seek a dedicated and outgoing individual to serve as Care Coordinator to work alongside our care team.
- To assist the Registered Manager in all aspects of care delivery
- To maintain accurate records in line with Care home policies and procedures.
- Produce accurate care staff rotas and ensure all shifts covered
- Accurately and appropriately match care staff to service users
- Investigate and resolve complaints from the care homes
- To assist in getting contracts from clients
- To assist in the recruitment of care staff
- Become competent in all areas of office management
- Growing and expanding existing services
- Communicating and liaising with all stakeholders and professional partners
- Assist with out-of-hours On-call duties in evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £20,064.00-£20,974.00 per year
