We seek a dedicated and outgoing individual to serve as Care Coordinator to work alongside our care team.

• To assist the Registered Manager in all aspects of care delivery
• To maintain accurate records in line with Care home policies and procedures.
• Produce accurate care staff rotas and ensure all shifts covered
• Accurately and appropriately match care staff to service users
• Investigate and resolve complaints from the care homes
• To assist in getting contracts from clients
• To assist in the recruitment of care staff
• Become competent in all areas of office management
• Growing and expanding existing services
• Communicating and liaising with all stakeholders and professional partners
• Assist with out-of-hours On-call duties in evenings, weekends, and bank holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £20,064.00-£20,974.00 per year
