Our Junior Consultants:
- Work directly with clients, supporting large change programmes, with support & oversight
- Build capabilities on the job, supporting experienced consultants as part of a blended project team
- Benefit from on the job training as well as completing inhouse modules on technical and softer consulting skills, with the option to pick up external certifications
- Get involved in internal projects and are encouraged to join internal communities of interest alongside client work
What you'll bring:
- c.2 years analyst level experience within a management consulting firm or a few years capability aligned expertise gained in industry roles
- A desire to learn from others and develop yourself as you gain autonomy and experience a variety of consulting engagements
What makes us proud:
- From January 2022-January 2023, fifteen junior consultants were promoted into the consultant grade
- Lucie McFarlane is supporting with booking our team into a range of e-learning project management courses including MSP, APM and PRINCE2. By Spring 2023, around 50 of our team will have been signed up
