With an incredible team of Care Assistants, Colchester's leading home care provider has some exciting news – we’re looking for some new part time Care Assistants to join our team.
Here is how they support/reward their Care Assistants:
- Mileage up to 45p per mile
- £11.30 - £12 per hour flat rate
- £15.60 - £16.50 bank holidays
- Paid travel time (at your hourly rate)
- Paid training
- Uniform and PPE provided

We make sure our Care Assistants have well planned rotas in advance, regular customers and most importantly our visits average about 45 minutes – we give you time to care and we do not rush you.
If you are new to care then don’t worry. We have a well-designed training and support programme in place to make sure you are confident in what you do, with lots of support both over the phone and out in the community.
We have an open-door policy for our Care Assistants and an incredibly well led and supportive management and training team who are always available to help you and listen to your ideas and feedback.
