What we can expect is:

• Flexibility, work on a rota basis - mixture of early and lates.
• Communication/liaise with management -this is key as we do not want vulnerable people missed or left without care etc.
• Assist/provide personal care; Provide Nutrition and hydration support; Support with medication needs; Assist in domestic duties; Comply with all policies and procedures;
• To report back any concerns relating to the health of the service user;
• To participate in team meetings;
• To work together to constantly improve services

What you can expect from us:

• Weekly rota basis - in advance to know your shift patterns- through IT System Care Planner;
• Above average pay rates;

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: £13.50-£14.00 per hour
