George Street Social is looking for our next Assistant Manager.

  • Pay starting at £28,500 - £32,000
  • Plus tronc (up to £6000 annually) plus indivdual performance bonus and weekly sales incentive bonus
  • 50% off food, drinks, and accommodation across all CPG sites

What you’ll be doing as a Assistant Manager:

  • Running shifts, ensuring a positive experience for all guests, customers, and team members in a successful food-led pub
  • Setting up shifts for successful service and coaching and assisting colleagues on shift
  • Serving great food and assisting with the preparation of service of drinks
  • Ensuring product and service standards
  • Resolving customer and staff questions, queries, and issues
  • Taking responsibility for sales, profit, and customer experience targets
  • Day to day administration such as scheduling, ordering, cellar management, and stock control
  • Training and developing team members
  • Maintaining food hygiene and safety standards and ensuring all alcohol licensing requirements are observed
