- Pay starting at £28,500 - £32,000
- Plus tronc (up to £6000 annually) plus indivdual performance bonus and weekly sales incentive bonus

What you’ll be doing as a Assistant Manager:
- Running shifts, ensuring a positive experience for all guests, customers, and team members in a successful food-led pub
- Setting up shifts for successful service and coaching and assisting colleagues on shift
- Serving great food and assisting with the preparation of service of drinks
- Ensuring product and service standards
- Resolving customer and staff questions, queries, and issues
- Taking responsibility for sales, profit, and customer experience targets
- Day to day administration such as scheduling, ordering, cellar management, and stock control
- Training and developing team members
- Maintaining food hygiene and safety standards and ensuring all alcohol licensing requirements are observed
