To assist our client, 365 People is now looking for an Administration Assistant.
The job requires:
- With your help, organise and produce budget sheets for performances.
- Maintaining a record of important travel documentation, such as tickets, visas, and accommodations abroad...
- Upkeep and updating of filing systems
- Typing up monthly sales reports taking part in marketing campaigns
- Placing purchase orders and requesting quotes
- Maintaining contact with clients and agents (both domestically and abroad)
- Giving technical guidance on machine parameters to potential clients
- Assist the chief operating officer and the regional sales managers with a range of administrative duties.
- Keeping meeting minutes
- Following the organization's quality standards and procedures while performing sales duties
- Arranging for the delivery of items to customers and displays
The ideal candidate for this role will be a proactive, assured, and motivated sales professional who exhibits the following qualities:
- Prior experience in a comparable role is preferred.
- Strong team member with the ability to work alone and excellent communication skills in both writing and speech. Capable of multitasking and prioritising one's tasks.
- Must be proactive and organised.
- Have the ability to work well under pressure and have a professional phone manner
- It used to be necessary to have prior Office expertise and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
