Job description
Care assistant needed at The Argyle Residential Home.
We would like someone who is caring, willing, and works well in a team ,has good communications skills with colleagues and Residents, and also has a good understanding of dementia care.
Flexibility towards shifts is required.
Shifts start from 7am or 8am till 3pm, evenings start from 3pm till 10pm. Some shifts finish sooner. Nights from 8pm-8am.
30+ hours a week over seven days. Alternate weekends. Experience not essential, full training will be given and chance to do diplomas.
We are a family run home with up to 27 bedrooms.
Our Residents and staff are our main priority so we want someone to keep up the spirits!!
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30-40 per week
Salary: £11.00-£11.40 per hour
