Campaign Marketing Executive
Lead Generation & Email Marketing focused

The role:
This is a new role which is likely to evolve organically. Working alongside the Business Development Director, you will lead the marketing strategy, writing and editing content across a range of social media platforms and ensuring community engagement. You will also be responsible for driving proactive marketing activities through research, email and direct marketing campaigns to generate leads.
Please note; Whilst there is an element of content writing and social media the company have a central marketing team to do this
Day to day responsibilities
- Plan, develop and execute the organic social media strategy to improve and support their overall digital marketing efforts.
- Implement a social media calendar including the creation of engaging and on-brand copy as well as image or video creative
- Publish content across Instagram, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn that resonates with our audiences via Hootsuite
- Monitor and respond to brand mentions or comments across social media, fostering discussion and new business opportunities.
- Provide support with the management of websites including regular maintenance and content management and supporting development work using Wordpress.
- Develop and maintain a suite of effective and flexible email campaign templates.
- Utilise the CRM system and other lead generation platforms to create targeted email marketing campaigns to attract new business.
- Maintain the CRM and refer new Leads to the Business Development Manager.
- Report and review social media performance on a monthly basis
- Provide an accurate assessment of data insights using Google Analytics and dashboards and make recommendations to improve engagement.
- Set up and monitor key goals for measuring campaign and content success
- Deliver campaign reporting for key initiatives including new business, awareness campaigns and events
About You:
The ideal candidate will be of graduate calibre and have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in content creation, with a strong understanding of content pillars, content calendars, and grid planning.
- Excellent written copywriting and verbal communication skills
- Detailed knowledge of social media platforms, including a deep understanding of trends, best practices, and channel management, particularly on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
- A track record of consistently delivering high-quality and creative content across various platforms.
- Advanced research skills, both primary and secondary, to gather insights and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Experience with Facebook and Google advertising (Paid Campaign, SEM, SEO, Audience targeting).
The Hours: 37.5 hours per week 9am – 5pm (30 min lunch)
