As a Resourcing Officer, you’ll support the Business Unit (BU) leadership and play an important role in the implementation and delivery of RM services to provide operational excellence. • Build relationships with stakeholders and become the point of contact and trusted advisor for resourcing
  • Improve agility by utilising people within your immediate area and across the firm as a whole, encouraging ‘cycles of experience’ to our people

Technical expertise:
  • Manage all the day to day deployment requirements for your BU
  • Become a subject matter expert with resourcing systems keeping records up to date and accurate at all times
  • Proactively manage resourcing conflicts and priorities
  • Develop a strong understanding of how profitability, agility and retention are affected by resourcing decisions
  • Demonstrate an ability to use MI to support decision making

Team and Personal Development:
  • Actively seek and identify opportunities for personal development
  • Give and receive constructive feedback to improve performance
  • Proactive and willing to go the extra mile

Knowledge & skills required:

  • Demonstrable experience of workforce planning, resourcing, recruitment or project management experience within a professional environment
  • Evidence of well refined communication skills
  • An ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with an ability to communicate and negotiate across all levels of the business
