Job description
We are a people focused and dynamic contact centre with flexible working and permanent opportunities for full and part-time working. We offer 40 / 35 / 30 and 24 hour contracts to suit different working patterns.
We work on behalf of charities receiving inbound calls and making outbound calls to their current supporters or warm leads who have shown an active interest in work they do. You will be part of a dedicated team responsible for generating donations for the causes we represent. You may be new to this role or an experienced contact centre advisor but will relish the challenge of developing inspiring conversations with our donor base. Full training and support will be given to help you have inspiring conversations with these supporters and gain commitments to help make a difference.
After a period of training and coaching (we find a minimum of 4 weeks in the call centre is necessary), you will have the opportunity to work from home.

Core opening hours are 9.00am to 8.00pm Mon-Fri, 10.00am to 5.00pm Sat & Sun with shift patterns within these opening hours. Shift lengths vary between 5 and 8 hours, you will be required to work a mixture of daytime, evening & weekend hours.
