A leading Luxury skincare brand is seeking a Social Media Manager for a Freelance Contract. This company is the leader of skincare products on the luxury end. As such the social media output is vital in order to communicate to their target audience and maintain their ‘luxury’ image. They sell in 45 markets and believe that there in the power of 'beauty'. This role can be worked remote and will be for two months but could be extended for the right person. They are happy to take on a freelancer with other commitments. The key thing here is that you have experience of working with beauty/skincare products. The IR35 status is still being determined but we will consider salaries inside or outside IR35.
Key duties for this role are listed below:
Key Duties
- Take a lead on the day to day running of the social community: approving applicants, content and setting tasks
- Monitor UK social media channels, with a focus for Facebook and Instagram
- Create a positive customer experience across social media touch points and ensure advocacy by community interaction
Social Content
- Collaborate with the Head of Social Content and marketing team to develop brand, campaign and product social strategies
- Manage social content calendar across the key channels, ensuring this reflects the UK omnichannel experience and amplifies the brand
- Execute social media content ideas and identify and brief content creators when needed
- Support the sales channels by strategizing and executing bespoke social media campaigns
- Produce monthly reports for leadership with actionable recommendations
- Share social media trends, insights and competition news across the company
