We are looking for a skilled Call Center Associate to join our team. As a Call Center Associate, you will be responsible for answering calls in a friendly and professional manner. Your duties will include determining the caller's needs, providing information, forwarding calls to the appropriate department, and maintaining a high level of customer service. Your role is essential to our organizational initiative of patient retention as you will be one of the first representatives our patients interact with. Essential Functions and Duties:
- Answer inbound calls, determine caller needs, and provide requested information when possible.
- Forward calls to the appropriate person/department for handling.
- Access Patient Portal to retrieve appropriate questions to be answered.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism during all phone interactions.
- Follow proper call center procedures and protocols.
- Keep accurate and detailed records of calls and follow-up actions.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and work collaboratively with colleagues.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service skills, with a focus on providing personalized service
- Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems quickly and accurately
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Positive and professional attitude, even in challenging situations
