Position:

The Mediobanca Research Team is continuing its expansion, creating the ideal hub for highly skilled, motivated and diverse people. We are continuing to invest in the business to provide a high quality, pro-active and differentiated service to institutional investors primarily based in Europe and the US. Our obsessive focus on quality allowed us to maintain our leadership in Italy and becoming one of the few reference points in the market for European FIG and Utilities&Infra.

As part of the leading pan-European FIG research team, you will have the chance to support and expand our active coverage of over 60 stocks. Assuming you are able to make the right progress, we can offer the prospect of becoming an equity analyst with lead coverage, which will give you the freedom of writing your own recommendations on stocks driven by your own in-depth analysis. Besides the quantitative side of the job, it will be crucial to be able to illustrate and articulate your analysis to our client base. We aim to offer an entrepreneurial environment in which you can start to make a difference from day 1.

Requirements:

Our ideal candidate has:

• 
  Master degree in a financial-related field (2022 or 2023)

• 
  an excellent academic background in a financial/economic

• 
  a profound interest in financial (more importantly equity) markets

• 
  strong communication skills in (written and verbal) English. Italian is a plus

• 
  advanced skills in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)

• 
  strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• 
  willingness to work in London

• 
  the ability to be team player with a positive attitude, impeccable work ethic and restless desire to learn

• 
  the ability to work independently and under time pressure
