Café Assistant Towcester, England
Job description
We have recently expanded our Cafe and it now includes an Indoor play facility. We are looking to hire positive and energetic people to work as Cafe Assistants in our fantastic team at the Bell Plantation Café. Barista experience desirable but not essential as full training will be given, a strong customer focus is essential with immediate start.
We have both full and part time positions available which include alternate weekend shifts and varied weekday shifts to help during the busy times. We do not require you to work evenings or split shifts, unless for special events.
Within the Café all our food is made to order, we offer a range of cooked breakfasts, sandwiches, hot food and daily specials, in addition to this we bake all our own cakes, scones, desserts and savoury items to sell in our onsite Farm Shop.
The right candidate enjoys working in a team in a very efficient manner with excellent customer service skills, this is a dynamic role which will require you to work a range of jobs from basic food prep, supporting our soft play team, coffee making to serving on the till so there is a lot of chance to learn new skills.
