The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Cabin Programmes team within British Airways’ Engineering department. The team is responsible for delivering multiple complex programmes delivery the next generation of cabin interior and in flight technology products across our whole fleet, improving the flying experience of thousands of customers everyday.

Key Accountabilities

Provide Project Managers and Technical Engineers support, which includes, building project plans, data analytics, reporting, presentation preparation and team portfolio plan.

Designs, develops and maintains regular reports and dashboards for the business area, ensuring information is provided to teams in an efficient manner, enabling proactive informed decisions.

Analyses data within Technical teams, clearly communicating insights to support decision makers.in the business area.

Develops new procedures and drives process improvement, with a focus on quality, safety, cost and delivery.
