Alongside our bars, we also offer an online karaoke player and iOS app to sing at home - plus we make our own karaoke kits and microphones.
As an IT Support Engineer you will work alongside IT personnel to provide support to Lucky Voice venues, office & our software licensees. This may be by telephone, email, instant messaging or face-to-face.You will be working to provide excellent levels of support to the business, either by resolving the issue yourself, or by escalating the issue.
In addition to day-to-day support, there will be on-going projects. These could include changes to IT systems, processes, applications, or hardware replacements.
Ideally you would have
Strong problem solving skills- Good communication and customer service skills
- G Suite (Google Workspace)
- A passion to develop and learn
- Knowledge of Windows 7/10/11 and Ubuntu
