The role:

We are looking for a Business Support Officer to provide high level administrative and customer support. You will support the smooth running of the DofE’s operations relating to Approved Activity Providers (AAP)

What we are looking for:

You will have experience of working/volunteering in situations where personal interactions with others are the key to success. You will be a self-starter with experience of providing good administrative support, you will have good organisation skills, be able to use your initiative, have attention to detail and be customer and colleague focused. You will have good knowledge of Excel and be comfortable using IT systems.

You will work within a creative and busy team with plenty of opportunity to learn and contribute to the operational aspects and processes of supporting UK-wide partnerships.
