Position: Business Support Intern
Location: Remote
Duration: 3 days a week (24 hours a week), 3 months
Pay: National Minimum Wage

Role overview:
As a Business Support Intern, you will have the chance to collaborate with a dynamic team, helping to support the various departments including the Social Media, Marketing, Operations and Onboarding teams. From smaller day to day tasks to bigger projects, you'll acquire essential skills that will bolster your CV and propel you toward a successful career. And with the nature of a small business, you will get many opportunities to contribute your own innovative ideas, actively shaping the growth and success of Anymoment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members on various projects, actively sharing and learning from others while contributing to our growth and mission.
- Support the social media team by assisting with content creation, social media engagement, and staying up-to-date with the latest trends.
- Aid the talent acquisition team in sourcing, reaching out, and onboarding potential talents/creators.
- Assist the marketing team in crafting engaging newsletters.
- Actively participate in team meetings, infusing fresh ideas and insights.
Requirements/Desired Skills:
- Currently at or recently graduated from university, with a keen interest in pursuing a career in Business (e.g., Marketing, HR, Operations/Business Development, Social Media).
- Prior customer service experience preferred.
- Social media experience: Proficient in creating social media content, staying updated with the latest trends, and skilled in utilising various social media platforms.
- Self-driven, motivated, and eager to take initiative, work independently, and embrace new challenges.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills, including confident public speaking.
- Excellent organisational skills.
