We're currently recruiting for an ambitious individual to join our team as a Business Support Administrator.
The Business Support Administrator is part of a growing team and there are plenty of career progression opportunities for the right candidate.
We’re looking for a proactive addition to the team whose task it will be to ensure the smooth running and delivery of various administrative support functions across the company.
The role:
- Booking and liaising with venues for seating, AV and refreshments
- Coordinating with an external event materials production team
- Arranging Event Staffing and updating internal systems
- Attending in-person events to provide support
- Arranging external monthly meetings
- Booking meeting rooms.
- Ordering equipment and services
- Generating POs
- Covering for the Delegate Relations, Speaker Liaison and Production teams during busy times
This is a varied role in a fast-paced environment and the right candidate would be a strong multi-tasker and be able to prioritise their time. Although there is a degree of autonomy, support from senior staff and rest of the 70-strong team is always on hand.
The successful candidate will need:
- Excellent self-organisation and time management skills.
- Experience with standard Microsoft Office packages
- Comfortable communicating via email or phone
- The ability to adapt to changing priorities and multi-task
The role is full time, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm with an hour for lunch, working from home however you will be needing to be able to commute to in-person meetings two or three times a month. These will be mostly based in London or Bracknell.
