Yolk Recruitment are working with a law firm who have brand new offices in Cardiff making this is such an exciting time to join this firm as you will be leading on the office support for the day to day running of this lovely new office.
As the Office Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in delivering a high-quality client experience that aligns with the firm's brand values and standards. Independently managing the office requirements to ensure smooth running of the office for the team.
What youll be doing:
- Handling document-related tasks such as copying, printing, and scanning
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail
- Assisting in the organisation and movement of office equipment, stationery, and organising meeting rooms
- Maintaining a clean and organized office environment, adhering to good housekeeping practices.
- Carrying out hand deliveries and collections to and from local sites, including filing documents at court when necessary.
- Conducting DSE (Display Screen Equipment) assessments
- Preparing for new starters and leavers
- Ensuring all office documentation is up-to-date and carrying out office audits
The experience you will need to bring to the role:
- Experience of working in an Office environment in some administrative capacity
- Experience of organising your own time and tasks, maybe from front of house/receptionist experience
- Able to use Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
What you'll get in return:
- Salary of up to £23,000
