The Institute of Financial Operations and Leadership is a growing organisation who provide education, training, support and research for finance professionals across Europe and North America.
As part of our growth strategy, we have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic professional, who will support the business in a variety of ways.
Responsibilities include:
- supporting and co-ordinating business activities such as events, webinars, training classes etc
- responding to inbound customer enquiries and appointments via email, telephone and Zoom
- administration of the students and membership system
- supporting sales and marketing strategy and activities
- issuing invoices and ensuring timely payment along with other ad-hoc duties.
As a small but growing organisation you may be required to undertake a variety of supporting duties. The role is home-based but may require travel to company events in the UK 1-2 times per year.

Salary: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
