Your summer intern programme will give you a taste of what life at Zurich could be like in one of our graduate roles. Successful completion of your summer internship in 2024 could lead to you being offered a place on one of our graduate programmes starting in 2025.
What can I look forward to?
As a business intern, you can expect a real role with real responsibility whilst gaining a strong understanding of our culture, how we look at risk, how we build and price products and how we deliver to our customers when they need us. On top of that, you’ll be working for a company which supports real people in their everyday lives, and more importantly, protecting the things they love.
This is all under pinned by a 10-week structured development programme as well as the chance to work on a UK-wide intern project where you will work with other interns across the business.
And to ensure you have the best start, a dedicated buddy will be on hand to support you throughout your summer with us. Our business internships are a 10-week programme; likely start will be mid-late June.

What you’ll need:
- Be in your penultimate year of undergraduate study and predicted minimum 2:1 degree (or the equivalent)
- At least 96 UCAS points – CCC grades (or equivalent) from 3 A-level subjects excluding general studies
- A* to C grade (9 to 4) in Maths and English GCSE
- The drive, determination and enthusiasm to make intelligent career choices
- The ability to effectively rise to complex challenges
