SALARY: £28,000 to £35,000

What to expect
Initially this role will be responsible for coordinating essential training for our Estate Management teams; managing fuel ordering/invoicing and usage process at JLR’s non-manufacturing sites; maintaining fleet vehicle compliance/budget, processing overtime, and building relationships with key Estate Management stakeholders.
This role will also oversee and administrate the supplier relationship/budget for Non-Manufacturing Company Provided Workwear, and Safety Footwear, both are expecting contractual change and offer a great opportunity to improve the current processes/performance.
This role and their Business Office colleagues, will collaborate to enable the wider Property Department to manage and optimise the use of a diverse global property portfolio
The successful candidate will be an ambassador for the Property Team outside of the department and be fully committed to JLRs Creator’s Code.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
Organising and coordinating essential training- Managing fuel/gas oil ordering/invoicing and reporting
- Administrate supplier ordering/budgets for company provided workwear, safety footwear and stationery.
- Creation and payment of financial transactions (SAP/Accounts Payable/Treasury)
- Engage in change within Business Office / Property Transformation Programme
- Business Office Absence Cover
- Stakeholder Relationship Management

- Ability to commute to JLR sites.
