We have an exciting opportunity to work with our client, a leading London Charity, as a Grants Administrative Assistant. This is a temporary role with the benefit of fully remote working.
The ideal candidate for this role will have strong administration experience and will have excellent interpersonal skills, as they will need to be confident liaising with a range of stakeholders on a daily basis. The successful candidate will play a vital role in the organisation, providing administrative support to the grants procedure. The primary duties for this role will include liaising with grantees, collecting information and recording data in respect of each grantees’ capital project and supporting general administration across approved grants. Therefore, your excellent communication skills and your keen eye for detail will set you up perfectly to thrive in this role! Admin Assistant Main Responsibilities:
- Support coordination of grants
- Regularly liaise with grantees to ensure disbursement payments are made on schedule
- Collecting and recording information on the progress of each grantee’s capital project
- Report writing
- Support general administrative coordination across approved grants
- Support and contribute to implementation and delivery of the organisation’s strategy
- Other ad hoc administrative duties
