An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to help strengthen our Electrical Team.


You will be part of a team responsible for the Electrical Servicing and Electrical Upgrade work across the city. Core duties will include:


  • To provide an enhanced level of technical assistance and expertise within the Electrical Maintenance Team.

  • To organise repairs and maintenance and servicing of the Councils domestic housing stock.

  • Ensuring that work conforms to regulations and specifications, and is in accordance with policies, procedures and instructions.

  • To ensure that work undertaken is checked and verified prior to the payment of accounts.

  • Customer/ contractor liaison.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate excellent communication, organisation and customer service skills in order to deliver the high standard of service our customers have come to expect.
