MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
In accounts where turnover and number of team members warrant the extra responsibility, a Business Manager may be appointed to take on the task of managing the account efficiently and effectively, promoting business objectives as appropriate as well as ensuring that the team and the account achieve and exceed set sales targets by providing excellent customer service at all times. Where applicable the Business Manager would also be responsible for the Espace counter, (including Les Exclusifs de CHANEL range and Makeup Studio exclusive collections).

5. Although comprehensive the job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be added according to the needs of the business and as requested by the Retail Development Manager, the Regional Retail Development Manager, National Sales Manager, or other CHANEL Management.
