We are looking for an experienced Business Development Specialist to develop and grow our business in Europe, North America and more. Key Responsibilities: Achieving monthly targets, business and numbers game!Identifying potential new clients across UK, Europe or USA.Lead generation, Sales closure, Account managementTo develop a deep understanding of the staffing/recruitment industry processes and the client profile.Tracking new clients in various industries, placing proposals getting the agreements done.Understand the client's staffing/solutions needs by doing an assessment.Provide detailed client documentation to the talent operations team.Work closely with internal team members across the commercial function to ensure alignmentUnderstand our customers’ need to demonstrate the RemoteStar’ value propositionDevelop relationships with CXOs Skills Required: Proven ability (2+ years experience) in IT recruitment or IT consultancyBusiness Development, Sales Management, CRM ManagementExcellent Speaking, writing and understanding of English skills required i.e in order to be able to do the sales process from approaching leads, scheduling meetings, creating Proposals, negotiations and closings.Requirements Gathering and understanding Nurturing clients from scratch to maturity.Ability to drive the end to end sales cycle and also should be able bring in POC of any new ideas / services.
