We are recruiting for a Business Development Executive to join a well established and growing complex care provider in the Southeast. We are looking for someone with strong relationship building skills ideally with knowledge of complex care (but not essential if you have strong BD experience)
About the role
- The role will involve identifying and directly approaching key decisions makers.
- Cold calling as well as warm calls.
- Building relationships and pitching what our client can offer as a complex care provider.
- To develop these relationships so that our client become their go to provider.
- Be able to liaise internally with the various departments, recruitment, coordination team and nurse management to discuss possible packages of care to then be able to pull together a plan of action.
About you
- You will have strong communication skills both over the phone and via written communication.
- You will have experience in business developing in some form, perhaps you have grown relationships within your current job role within the complex care industry and enjoy this aspect and wish to pursue this career path further.

- You will value growing relationships over quick wins.
- You will have the right to work in the UK and hold a clean UK driving licence.
What’s on offer for the Business Development Executive?
- Our client will offer you a salary of circa £40,000 depending upon experience plus a company car.
- 37.5 hours per week – predominantly Mon to Fri 9am - 5pm, office base is Whitstable, Kent.
