1st Shift - On-site (8:00 am - 5:00 PM - Monday through Friday)
Responsibilities:
- Uses phone system to receive / transfer incoming calls
- Greets guests and administers proper protocol
- Conducts verbal COVID screening questionnaire
- Administers safety video playback and confirms guest’s understanding
- Connects guest with MSA contact via electronic media
- Assists security with proper badging identification of guests
- Assists security with creating badges for new employees
- Completes scanning and filing using document management software
- Sorts departmental mail, tracks and coordinates returned mail, using online tools to research missing participants
- Creates and updates departmental forms, documents, written instructions, and procedures related to various HR and benefit processes
- Processes benefits invoicing and correspondence
- Performs miscellaneous administrative duties
- Exceptional organization, prioritization and time management skills
- Professional demeanor and approach
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High School Diploma
- 2 years previous business office experience
- Call Center experience
