As a Marketing and Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing your firm's brand visibility and driving business growth. Working closely with the firm’s partners, you will devise and implement strategic marketing initiatives to strengthen market position and attract new business opportunities. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating innovative campaigns, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the firm's overall success.
What you’ll do:
- You’ll develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the firm's services, expertise, and achievements.
- You will conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and areas for business expansion.
- You’ll collaborate with partners to create compelling content for client pitches, proposals, and marketing materials.
- You will work with market leading pitch software to deliver winning pitches/ responses to RFPs. Co-ordinating and providing administration support to tender processes.
- You will plan and coordinate internal and external events, including event materials and presentations.
- You’ll monitor and evaluate marketing campaign performance, providing insightful reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
What you’ll have:
- Proven experience in marketing and business development, preferably within the legal or professional services industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques, with a track record of successful campaign management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive meaningful insights from data.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
