Job description
Job Title: Care Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to individuals with daily activities such as attending appointments,
support to access work, training or education
- Assist with food shopping and meal preparation
- Prompt and support with medication
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Support to make and maintain positive relationships
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals etc.
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a similar role for at least 2 years
- Knowledge of caregiving techniques and practices
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor

Salary: £10.90-£11.00 per hour
