We are looking for a full-time office administrator to work from our Chatham office. Our company is a friendly, established office, well located close to shops and has helpful team, which lends itself to collaboration.
You will ideally have some experience within an accountancy practice and be familiar with company secretarial duties.
As our office administrator your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Submission of Companies House information including company formation
- Answering the telephone and greeting clients
- Liaising with client managers and work with client’s company secretarial needs
- Anti Money Laundering regulatory requirements and tests
- Client records management - Facilities duties and general office coordination
- Confidential secretarial duties

- Experience in an office environment, within an administrative capacity
