As a Global IT B2B Data & Analytics Transformational Business Partner/Lead you will be reporting to Digital Technology Systems (DTS) and driving data governance, developing, and embedding advanced analytics solutions (Machine Learning, Artificial/Augmented Intelligence, and Process Automation "Bots”) into business processes and decision making of Kimberly Clark Professional. You will collaborate with the various End-To-End Business Processes as an agent for change and improvement, working directly with the business domain experts to provide a revolutionary new perspective on how work and organizational capability can be reimagined through advanced analytics, while supporting the KCP regional business unit in achieving their goals, both short and long term. Partnering with senior leadership, you will create the environment that nudges behavior and decision-making to maximize value creation for our customers and employees.

This Role Interfaces:
The Global B2B Data & Analytics Transformational Business Partner/Lead collaborates with the regional business Analytics leaders, Global Sales and Marketing Teams, Customer Experience, Global Supply Chain and Manufacturing, Global Finance Teams and IT.
Key Accountabilities:
Strategy: leads the vision/strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for Global B2B LOB Data and Analytics, with a focus on Commercial Transformation data and alignment on business results and outcomes
Governance: collaborates with Enterprise architecture, Master data Governance Teams and regional business teams to establish data and analytics governance. Maintains a global B2B heatmap of data quality and enablement of advanced analytics
Organization: defines and recommends required business and DTS organization necessary to deliver and govern the data and analytics roadmap, ensuring cost effectiveness and efficiency
Standard Practice: collaborates with regional leads to define a standard practice and KPIs where applicable. Maximizes global adoption of assets
Business Process Optimization: leads process optimization needs to enable and action the data and analytics roadmap enablement
Change Management: establishes and leads a business change management program that includes but it is not limited to education, adoption, influence, and clear business outcomes
Delivery: collaborates with DTS and business to deliver the end-to-end data & analytics roadmap, while ensuring a scalable, cost effective, simple, ease of use, reusable architecture is enabled
Business Innovation: bring data and analytics ideas to close gaps, create opportunities, and increase business value through analytics innovations
Required:
Bachelor's degree, ideally in Information Systems or related discipline
7+ Years of proven experience in data and analytics to deliver actionable insights and guided decision making (MS PowerBI, MS Azure, Snowflake, AI-ML Frameworks, CICD)
Proven experience integrating advanced analytics (AI-ML) into business processes versus as separate or to the side
Proven experience with intelligent process optimization and automation, persona, and journey mapping
Experience with product life cycle management - product vision, product roadmap, market strategy and prioritization
Ability to define KPIs, outcomes, maintain budget
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact effectively at all levels
Prefers to work independently with occasional guidance and support
Demonstrated ability to influence many stakeholders across the organization, without direct authority
Driven and highly organized with excellent time-management skills, solid business ethics
