ROLE: Maintenance Plumber PAY RATE: £17.31 per hour.JOB TYPE: Temp to Perm LOCATION: UxbridgeHOURS: Monday to Friday Rotational (06:00-14:00) and (11:00-19:00)

THE ROLE

• Water hygiene checks - L8 checks

• General Plumbing

• Emergency lighting checks

• Daily, weekly and monthly PPM checks e.g., HVAC, AHU's, FCU's etc.

• Basic electrics depending upon qualifications (competency)

• Building installation and repair e.g., carpet-fitting, repair to walls, gutter clearance, drainage)

• Installation of appliances and machines

• Attend reactive breakdowns.

• Take meter readings.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

• Plumbing / Mechanical C&G qualified or Equivalent - Essential

• Experience in a similar role - Essential

• Building Fabric Quals / Experience Advantageous

• Basic Electrical Quals / Experience Advantageous
