ROLE: Maintenance Plumber PAY RATE: £17.31 per hour.JOB TYPE: Temp to Perm LOCATION: UxbridgeHOURS: Monday to Friday Rotational (06:00-14:00) and (11:00-19:00)
THE ROLE
- Water hygiene checks - L8 checks
- General Plumbing
- Emergency lighting checks
- Daily, weekly and monthly PPM checks e.g., HVAC, AHU's, FCU's etc.
- Basic electrics depending upon qualifications (competency)
- Building installation and repair e.g., carpet-fitting, repair to walls, gutter clearance, drainage)
- Installation of appliances and machines
- Attend reactive breakdowns.
- Take meter readings.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
- Plumbing / Mechanical C&G qualified or Equivalent - Essential
- Experience in a similar role - Essential
- Building Fabric Quals / Experience Advantageous
- Basic Electrical Quals / Experience Advantageous
