Product Owner - Technology
Benchmark Mineral Intelligence is the world’s leading market intelligence publisher for the lithium ion battery to electric vehicle supply chain. Our company is in hyper-growth mode, welcoming new team members from all departments.
The role sits within the Technology Division which looks after the IT infrastructure of the company and all online platforms.
As a Business Analyst you will work across the business and IT to find the best technology solutions for a wide range of known challenges. This will involve analysing complex issues, speaking with the wider team and external vendors, conducting independent research to propose solutions and then supporting the implementation of these solutions across the company.
Key Responsibilities
· Understanding existing IT challenges across the Business
· Proposing well-thought out / feasible solutions to resolve IT issues
· Planning and executing IT projects
· Managing the IT backlog on project management software (Asana)
· Communicating issues and progress via reports and presentations to stakeholders
· Translating complex information in a clear, structured way that suits the audience
· Creating project management / governance documents such as plans, status reports, problem statements, options papers
· Scheduling and chairing project working groups
· Becoming the SME for certain applications and systems, providing training to others
You will need to be in the office a minimum of 1 day per week and will ideally be located in a commutable distance from London.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30 per week
Salary: Up to £45,000.00 per year
