We're looking for a Business Analyst to join our UK Warehouse, Stock and Inbound Supply Chain Technology platforms, with a primary focus on projects and the continuous improvement of warehouse systems including our state of the art customer order fulfilment automation, alongside Freight Management and Stock Integrity technologies.
The successful candidate will be joining a technology team based in the UK with close links to the other technology teams across the UK, Germany and the US. The role of the Business Analyst can be based at any of our sites around the UK, working with the Logistics and Supply Chain teams.
What you'll be doing:
- Capture, analyse, and validate business requirements (functional and non-functional) for a range of systems
- Analyse processes across the platforms to establish further efficiencies
- Challenge the business assumptions whilst meeting both current and future needs
- Ensure business priorities are understood
- Collaborate to deliver the agreed solutions in a timely and efficient manner
- Be an active member of our Business Analysis Community
We'd like to meet someone with:
- Business Analyst experience in a Technology environment
- Proven experience working with Logistics, Warehousing or Carrier Management systems
- Have worked across the full project lifecycle in both waterfall and agile environments
- Business process modelling (preferably BPMN)
- Is comfortable working in a fast paced, multi project environment
