Job description
My client is a leading multinational polymers company based in West Yorkshire, who are looking to expand their team due to increase in workload. They are looking for a Research and Development Chemist to join their team on a permanent basis.
Based in West Yorkshire, it is accessible from Leeds, Wakefield, Huddersfield, Batley, Halifax, Pontefract and similar surrounding areas.
Salary: £25,000-£30,000 per annum DOE
What is the role?
The role will be working in a small team of R&D scientists, developing a wide range of new and existing polymer based products. This role will give you the opportunity to develop products from laboratory through to manufacturing, whilst having an overall view including quality control.

They are looking for someone with an interest in R&D (preferably polymers) looking to join a growing team. Maybe you are in your first development job and you are looking for that next step? Maybe you have a couple of years experience and are looking for a change of scenery?
-BSc Chemistry
-Experience in an R&D laboratory (ideally polymers but not essential)
-Good data analysis skills
